ADDITIONAL DRIVERS

The additional driver must meet the same qualifications as the renter. The additional driver must appear at the rental desk with the primary renter. An additional fee of 5 dinars per day will be charged for each additional approved driver. Additional drivers must be 21 years or older.

AFTER HOURS

Fees outside working hours, Amman Branch (20:00 - 08:00): 10.00 Jordanian dinars per way.

AGE

Renters and additional drivers must be at least 21 years of age or older with a valid driver license and a major credit card. The name on the license and credit card must match. Debit cards are permitted at the time of rental if the driver is at least 21 years of age with a valid driver license. Debit cards must be associated with a checking account .
Renters who are 21-25 years of age will be charged an underage driver daily fee of 10JOD. Renters aged 21-25yrs of age require a security deposit of 750.00JOD.
There will be an additional cost of 10jd per day, depending on the age of the driver: the age of the driver is sixty or over.

CANCELLATION

In the event that a reservation is requested to be canceled, it must be notified 48 hours in advance, and an amount of 20% of the prepaid reservation value will be deducted.
If the reservation is not canceled, the amount paid in advance will be confiscated, as the company considers the reservation to be effective. The customer must make sure of his reservation before completing the reservation process in order to preserve the company’s reservation dates. The customer is not entitled to request a refund of any amount that has been paid through the reservation site or otherwise, because the company has pledged to provide a car to the customer on the date of his reservation and is committed to providing a car (or similar) according to his reservation, which has been confirmed and approved. This is an acknowledgment from the car renter.

DEBIT CARDS

Renter must be 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license. Debit cards must be linked to a checking account at a bank. An additional driver is permitted, and a bank debit card must be used. Or international to pay the car rental and deposit...

DEPOSIT RULES

The minimum deposit is 400.00 JOD for all rentals. ***Tenants ages 21-25 require a security deposit of JOD 750.00*** We accept prepaid cards, money orders, or government cards. A Jordanian Dinar deposit will be processed on the credit card for all full-size vans and specialty vehicles at the time of booking the rental. Cancellation required 48 hours in advance to receive a refund of the deposit. If a booking is canceled within 48 hours of the booked pick-up time, the deposit will be forfeited. Your deposit or any amounts owed to you will be refunded by U-Save & Rama Car Rental - Jordan at the end of the contract when you return the vehicle. However, depending on your financial institution, processing may take up to 30 days.

DRIVERS LICENSE

All drivers must be at least 21 years or older with a valid driver license. Drivers below the age of 26 must use a major credit card bearing the same name as the name on the driver license. The driver license must be valid for the entire rental period.

GAS

Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel level as rented. If the fuel level at the time of return is lower than at the time of rental, we charge a refueling fee at the rate listed on your rental agreement.

OPTIONAL PROTECTION PRODUCTS

Optional Protection Products We offer 4 optional coverage products for an additional charge. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Personal Accident Insurance / Personal Effects Coverage (PAI) / (PEC), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), and a Tire and Windshield Waiver (TWW). Pricing and coverage information for each product is available for review at the time of rental.

OVERSTAY

You must notify us by phone to extend your rental period beyond the return date listed on your rental agreement.

PAYMENT

Major credit card, or cash. (You must complete all financial qualifications, a process that takes at least 48 hours). A deposit of at least 400 Jordanian dinars is required for all rentals. **Rent for ages 21 to 24 years requires a deposit of 750.00 Jordanian dinars*** If the car is completely damaged, the renter will pay the company an amount of 3,500 Jordanian dinars for the full damage to the car. We accept prepaid cards, money orders or government cards. PICKUP/DROP

During REGULAR business hours, we will pick you up at a set time from the address requested. If the address is more than 10 miles from our location, a pick up fee may be assessed.

RULES

The vehicle may not be used by another person whose name is not mentioned in the contract. It is prohibited to use the vehicle in organized or individual races. Do not use the car under the influence of prescription drugs, alcohol or drugs. Do not use the vehicle on off-road roads or in the desert. Not using the vehicle to tow another vehicle. Failure to repair the vehicle in a garage not affiliated with the company. Without the company's knowledge of this, the company has the right to withdraw the car from the customer in the event of misuse of the car, non-payment, or non-compliance with the terms of the rental contract.
